1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by AlBurhan Language Courses Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
AlBurhan Language Courses Ltd provides online language education services including:
- Live online Arabic language classes
- Speaking and communication practice sessions
- Structured course programs in Modern Standard Arabic and Arabic dialects
- Educational assignments and learning activities
All services are delivered online unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Eligibility and Registration
- Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel enrollment at our discretion where information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
4. Course Fees and Payment Terms
- The fee for group classes is 200 AED / approximately 200 SAR / 55 USD per month per student.
- Group classes typically consist of 15 to 18 students per class.
- For one to one classes fee is 700 AED / approximately 700 SAR / 190 USD per month
- Fees are charged on a monthly prepaid subscription basis.
- Payment must be completed before the 5th of each month to ensure continued access to classes.
- Payments must be made only through official payment channels provided by AlBurhan Language Courses Ltd. Any payment made outside official channels will not be recognized or refunded.
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in suspension or loss of access to classes without liability.
- All payments are subject to authorization by the relevant financial institution or payment provider.
- Customers are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or international transaction fees.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All fees are generally non-refundable once a course period has started.
- Refund requests before course commencement may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.
- If a course is cancelled by the Company, students may receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to an alternative available class
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed via the original payment method.
6. Attendance and Make-Up Class Policy
- Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes.
- Course access and participation are reserved strictly for enrolled students.
Make-Up Classes
- Make-up classes are only provided when a class is cancelled by the Company or the assigned teacher.
- In such cases, the Company will arrange a replacement session subject to availability.
- Make-up classes are not provided for student absences.
- Make-up classes are not guaranteed and depend on scheduling capacity.
- Make-up classes carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for refunds or credits.
Students are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing class access links
- Copying or distributing course content
- Selling or commercially using any materials
7. Student Conduct
We expect all students to behave respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any student without refund in cases of:
- Disruptive or abusive behavior
- Harassment or inappropriate communication
- Misuse of platforms or services
- Violation of these Terms
8. Intellectual Property
All content including lessons, materials, recordings, documents, branding, and course structure remains the exclusive intellectual property of AlBurhan Language Courses Ltd.
No content may be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data solely for:
- Course delivery
- Customer support
- Payment processing
- Communication and administration
We do not sell or trade personal data. Data may only be shared where required by law or payment processing systems.
10. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring:
- Stable internet connection
- Compatible device
- Access to required communication platforms
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues outside our control.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify course schedules or structure
- Replace instructors when necessary
- Update or improve course content
- Temporarily suspend services for maintenance or operational needs
Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlBurhan Language Courses Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Service interruptions or delays
- Technical failures beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the student for the relevant service period.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
